THOMAS SABO INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your THOMAS SABO jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewelry at a THOMAS SABO-owned sales outlet or at the THOMAS SABO Online Shop. The Warranty provider is The GSF Group, Thailand.

We will repair your THOMAS SABO jewelry within this two-year warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewelry against jewelry of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewelry is damaged, for example during an accident. Please note the special Care instructions for THOMAS SABO jewelry.

This guarantee does not replace or limit legal warranties in accordance with the valid laws of the respective country.

For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewelry should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

WARRANTY WATCHES THOMAS SABO

THOMAS SABO watches have a two-year guarantee from the day of purchase covering material defects and manufacturing faults. The prerequisite for this is that you, as the consumer, at the THOMAS SABO Online Shop. This guarantee is issued by The GSF Group.

To take advantage of this, please present the International Guarantee Certificate – dated, signed and stamped by a THOMAS SABO Shop or an authorized THOMAS SABO dealer. Please keep this Certificate in a safe place. This guarantee is only valid if batteries approved by THOMAS SABO have been used. Your watch is equipped with a quartz movement.

This guarantee is invalidated in the case of inappropriate usage, non-THOMAS SABO repairs, careless handling, wear, damage caused by normal usage (e.g. scratched glas), abuse or damage (e.g. as the result of an accident). Wearing parts such as straps, bracelets and batteries are not included in this warranty. Please note the special care instructions for THOMAS SABO watches.

To take advantage of our warranty service, you can return the defective watch to any THOMAS SABO-owned sales outlet within this two-year guarantee period. Please also provide your receipt and the International Guarantee Certificate. You can, of course, also send the defective watch back to our Office by post.
